What better location but to have this beautiful facility next door to The Nutrition Place and across the street from our kiddos at Willowcreek Middle School. Hot body is defined to help our customers reach their goals of health fitness and mind-body control.

We pride ourselves on creating a community where our women feel connected and our men are empowered. With our state of the art smart mPulse Infrared sauna and personalized fitness classes, we have tailored all levels from beginner to advanceD practitioners and encourage our members to embrace their fitness journey toward health and vitality.

HERE’S WHAT TO Expect.

Hot body wants to create a facility where our customers turn into friends that turn into family. Fostering a strong community lead by our skilled instructors, we ensure every member to receive expert guidance and personalized training. We want to make every hot pilates, yoga/hot yoga and sauna treatment tailored to your schedule. This is why we are offering morning classes for the early birds and evening classes for our hard workers. In between classes our infrared sauna will remain available. Appointment is recommended for the sauna, walk-ins are welcomed but not guaranteed if appointments are booked. Check out our multiple membership packages that give flexibility for your needs.

  • Hi, my name is Claudia. I have been a fitness coach for over 5 years now.  My passion is to help people change their lives and find balance in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I believe everyone deserves to be in good health and feel confidence within themselves. No fast crash diets or starving yourself here. I am huge on using movement as medicine. I love helping beginners find their passion for fitness and feel strong. I have worked with many women to build not only a healthy foundation for their lives, but also confidence in whichever ever state of there fitness journey they are in which is my favorite part of coaching. Many of my clients call me their favorite hype coach but all of them call me the “booty coach” because building glutes is my specialty. I can’t wait to continue to work with more women from different beginnings and to help as many women as I can to feel confident and strong.

  • I’m Rachel Kelley! I am a dedicated yoga instructor with 7 years of experience guiding students on their wellness journeys. Based in Portage, Indiana, I balance my passion for yoga with being a mom of three boys. My classes blend technical expertise with a nurturing approach, creating a welcoming environment for all levels. My teaching style reflects my beliefs in the transformative power of yoga for both body and mind.

  • As a mom of 3, I know how important it is to have a healthy mind and body. Not only for ourselves but for our children. To have the energy and motivation to keep up with them, from playing outside to running them back & forth to extra curricular events. I have consistently trained for 8+ years. I take pride in helping others achieve not only their bodies but their mindsets. Setting the standard of waking up first thing in the morning at 4:30am to get our days started with something for ourselves especially us moms is something I take pleasure in. As a full time real estate agent and leader, I intend to make a greater impact in my community & at Hot Body Pilates!

  • Hi, my name is David Martinez, and I’m a Pilates instructor. I hope to inspire many to achieve their goals and improve their body movements. My hobbies include working out, playing tennis, and pickleball. I’ve been working out for more than 10 years and love to stay active. When I tried a Pilates class, I was amazed at how it engaged so many muscles that I hadn’t utilized while working out at the gym. I decided to make Pilates my new hobby and teach others to love fitness and explore new ways of working out. There’s a saying: “Your body is a temple,” so you should show it some love.

  • Hey Everyone! My name is Lety and my hope is that I can help you with your inner healing and outer health through yoga. I have always kept a high focus on overall body and mind health to take on professional and personal challenges.  As a single working mom in corporate, the one constant to keep me centered is to engage in yoga throughout my crazy busy schedule. This past May I obtained my MBA, and I can tell you that keeping my mental and physical health a priority helped me Woo-sah my way through that journey also!
